Asking Questions

Asking Questions

Once your memory is built, you can ask OrbitPilot anything about your data using natural language — no special commands needed.

How to ask

  1. Type your question in the Ask box on the OrbitPilot dashboard.
  2. Hit Enter or click Ask.
  3. OrbitPilot searches your memory, finds the most relevant records, and writes an answer.

Reading the answer

Answers include:

  • The main response — written in plain language based on your records.
  • Source badges — small labels showing which parts of your data were used (e.g., "Winks", "Goals").
  • Suggested next actions — OrbitPilot may suggest follow-up questions or related sections to visit.

Tips for better answers

  • Be specific: "What projects are overdue?" works better than "What's going on?"
  • If the answer seems incomplete, try a narrower question targeting one source area.
  • Rebuild your memory after adding new records so OrbitPilot has the latest data.
  • Enable all relevant sources — an answer can only include what was included in your memory build.

Usage limits

Each question counts as one ask. The number of asks included in your plan is shown on the dashboard. If you are approaching your limit, you can upgrade your plan for more.
