Focus Board — turn caught signals into visible progress

The Focus Board (at Calendar → Focus Board) moves your task Blinks through four lanes: Backlog (caught), Next / Prep (shaped & planned), In Progress (the work — your focus), and Done (moved forward). Small limits keep momentum honest: the focus limit caps the In Progress lane (adjust with the − / + stepper on the lane).

Moving cards

• Drag with the mouse, or press-and-hold then drag on a phone.
• Arrow buttons on every card, or keyboard: focus a card, then ← / → to change lanes, Alt + ↑ / ↓ to reorder.
• On phones, swipe between lanes and use the jump bar (Backlog · Next · In Progress · Done) to hop directly.

Done really means done

Dropping a card in Done marks the Blink 100% complete — and finishing a Blink (progress 100%) moves its card to Done automatically. Drag a card back out and its previous progress is restored. One truth, everywhere.

Catching and filtering

＋ Add task at the bottom of any lane catches a new task Blink straight into that lane (it appears in your Blink Library too). Filters and sorting live in the URL — set them once, bookmark or share the view. Cards show due dates (red when overdue), priority, category, a ⭐ chip for the linked Star, and a progress bar.
