Plans & Billing — User Guide

Your Current Plan

Your active plan is shown in your Account Hub under the Plan & Usage section. It displays your plan name, monthly usage, and limits for OrbitPilot asks and sources.

Upgrading

If upgrade plans are available, a list of options appears below your current plan with an Upgrade button. Clicking it redirects you to a secure Stripe checkout page. After payment, your plan is updated immediately.

Billing Portal

To manage your subscription, update payment details, or download invoices, use the Billing Portal link in Account Hub. This opens your Stripe customer portal in a new tab.

Usage Limits

OrbitPilot tracks how many "asks" (AI queries) and sources you use each month. Your Account Hub shows:

Asks used / limit — how many OrbitPilot questions you have asked this month
Sources connected — how many knowledge sources are active

If you reach your limit, OrbitPilot will ask you to upgrade or wait until the next billing cycle.
