Account Features — User Guide

Public Profile

Every account has a public profile page at /profile/<username>/. It shows your display name, username, verified badge (if your email is verified), bio, and counts of your winks, goals, and projects.

To share your profile with someone, give them the link https://<site>/profile/<username>/.

Your bio and display name can be updated in Account Settings → Profile.

Account Deletion

You can close your account at Account Hub → Danger Zone → Delete Account.

• Type DELETE (all caps) to confirm.
• Your account is deactivated immediately and you are logged out.
• Your email and personal information are anonymized.
• Your content (winks, goals, projects) remains in the system but is no longer attributed to you.
• This action cannot be undone. Contact support if you deleted by mistake.

Notification Preferences

You can control which notification types you receive in Account Hub → Notifications.

Available toggles:

• Messages — new direct messages
• Group added — added to a messaging space
• Channel added — added to a channel
• Blink shared — a Blink note shared with you
• Contact request — someone connects with you
• System — platform announcements

Turning off a type prevents that notification from being created at all — it won't appear in your bell or notification list.
